Specifications

We introduced this 4.8kWh battery (400Ah 12V equiv) because:

Slimline at only 155mm deep. This makes it well suited as a single battery on the front wall of a canopy where height is less of an issue.
Perfectly matches a 3000VA Victron Inverter/Charger in charge and discharge current limits.
Uses the same CANbus protocol used by Victron
Has wall and floor supports that bolt onto the battery (see image right)
Is from the same manufacturer as the 2.4kw of which we have supplied over 1,000 at May 26th 2022

This Lithium Battery is a self contained 4.8Wh LiFePho4 with its own BMS.

It can charge/discharge at up to 75A (at 52V) with a peak discharge for 3s of 100A.

It has an inrush short circuit current limit of 230A = 11,500W. This makes it well suited for large Victron Inverter/Chargers with a high inrush "turn on" current>

It can operate in temperatures up to 55 degC and can be installed in floor or under cabinets in RV.

This battery is featured in "The Powerstation Co" Barista videos in the VW Transporter which was its commercial trial.

In this application, 2 of the batteries are back to back with a Victron 6000VA Inverter/Charger.

The coffee machines spike at 7000W during startup at 2 of these batteries handle this perfectly.
